Intellectual Property

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKINK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
